Our Products || Dissolved Air Flotation
The IN-EKO DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) Unit is a high-performance clarification system designed to efficiently remove suspended solids, fats, oils, and fine colloidal particles that conventional methods can’t capture. Using advanced microbubble flotation, it delivers up to 98% removal efficiency in a compact, fully automated design - making it an ideal solution for municipal and industrial applications requiring reliable, space-efficient treatment.
The DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) Unit uses a proven flotation process to separate fine suspended solids, fats, oils, and colloidal particles that cannot be removed by conventional methods.
Air-saturated water is injected into the system, forming microbubbles that attach to contaminants, lifting them to the surface for removal. This enables rapid and efficient separation, even under variable influent conditions and high contaminant loads.
The system delivers high-performance clarification in a compact footprint, with optional containerised configurations for flexible deployment.
